Can you really lower your cholesterol in just one month without prescription meds? In this 30-day cholesterol challenge, I tried (almost) everything I knew that would help lower my cholesterol, especially LDL aka bad cholesterol.
In this video, I share the drinks I consumed almost everyday, foods I ate (and cut out!) so much during the challenge, and the final reveal of my new blood work. The results? I managed to drop my total cholesterol by 5 points and my "bad" cholesterol (LDL) by a full 11 points! If you are dealing with high cholesterol and looking for natural ways to support your cardiovascular and heart health, I hope my personal experiment gives you some helpful ideas.
