It’s about what it means to let go when you have fine, thin hair..when your hair has always felt like your biggest insecurity, your safety net, your shield. I’ve been holding onto dead ends for longer than I should have, afraid that cutting my hair would somehow make me feel like less. I talk about the emotional attachment we have to our hair, especially as women, and how hard it can be to choose health over fear. With fine, thin hair, every decision feels heavier, every inch matters. Here's to my journey of growing my grays out, and how after cutting my hair, I’m left with my natural color...no hiding, no covering, just honesty. This was more than a haircut. It was an emotional release. A reminder that letting go doesn’t mean losing yourself, it means making room.
