Big thank you to Ultralight Outdoor Gear for supporting us in 2026 https://geni.us/UltralightOutdoorGear
Join us as we head up Kinder Scout for a breezy wild camp, where I test out the Osprey Exos Pro 55L backpack and share a major update on my recent diet and lifestyle changes. It was nice to get some dry weather, although it was bitterly cold. Things get pretty entertaining when I attempt to cook a "gourmet" poached egg and avocado toast dinner that goes spectacularly wrong! We wrap up the trip with a misty morning, a healthy camp breakfast, and a beautiful walk back down the valley.
