Koh Samui surprised us! In this video we explore some of the best things to do in Koh Samui, Thailand while discovering temples, seaside villages, and one of the island’s most unique sunset viewpoints. We started our day relaxing at the beautiful Love Beach Club in Koh Samui, soaking up the tropical island vibes before heading off on a scooter adventure around the island. Our first stop was the incredible Wat Plai Laem Temple, home to three massive statues including the famous 18-arm Guanyin statue sitting on a peaceful lake. It’s one of the most impressive temples in Koh Samui and definitely worth visiting. Next we explored the famous Fisherman’s Village in Bophut, a charming seaside area filled with cafés, markets, and oceanfront views. This place has a completely different vibe compared to other parts of the island. We then visited Wat Phra Yai (The Big Buddha Temple) — one of the most iconic landmarks in Koh Samui. After exploring the temple we stopped by a monk monastery for coffee and cold drinks, which was such a unique experience.
