We've made plenty of juice wines, normally red grape of some kind. This time we wanted to make a white grape wine. Normally white grape juice has some amount of preservatives in it, to preserve color. That "can" affect fermentation. We also wanted to step feed the sugars so we can go past the alcohol tolerance of the yeast and not have to stabilize or pasteurize. Let's see how it goes!
