This isn’t your average apple wine. By combining juice, concentrate, freeze-dried apples, and spiced tea, we create a rich, layered, fall-inspired brew that finishes around 11.5% ABV and tastes like spiced cider meets apple pie.

Base Must:
1 gallon (3.8 L) apple juice (no preservatives except ascorbic acid)
4 cans (12 oz / 355 ml each) frozen apple juice concentrate
