Yeast: Premier Blanc

This one started with the BEST intentions… and quickly turned into a full-blown brewing disaster. Today we’re making a Three Amigos wine using agave, tamarind, and mango — inspired by tropical flavors and a viewer suggestion. Sounds amazing, right? Well… things got weird. 😅 From chunky tamarind paste chaos to impossible racking, strange aromas (yes… those aromas), and a brew that nearly went down the drain — this batch tested EVERYTHING. But then… something unexpected happened.
