In this video I wanted to see if I could build a full vegan day of eating around a solid muscle-building protein target, while still keeping the meals realistic, satisfying, and enjoyable. A lot of people assume eating high protein on a vegan diet has to be repetitive or complicated, but hopefully this gives you some practical ideas you can actually use.
In this video I share my workout, all the meals, how I calculated my protein target, and a few thoughts on what really matters when it comes to building muscle on a plant-based diet.
