For perfect results here are my tips:
1. Make your maximum shelf temperature between 80f and 90f (this prevents scorching)
2. When it comes time to reconstitute the Freeze Dried Sour Cream Powder add warm/slightly hot water (no more than 110f) and use an immersion stick blender.
3. When I reconstitute I use a 2 parts sour cream powder to 1 1/3 parts warm water. If you prefer a sour cream with a thicker consistency and a richer flavor you can reduce the amount of water that you add. Start with 2 parts Sour Cream Powder to 1 1/4 parts water. Or you can make it a little bit more concentrated with 2 parts Sour Cream Powder to 1 Parts water.
You'll need to experiment a little bit to find the perfect ratio for you.
