Stonewashed Linen Fabric
Published: March 26, 2026
Video Description
This is a clip from a recent live stream where I made a simple bag from a combination of linen mix fabric and jersey. The fabrics are stabilised with 40g interfacing, so there is no movement or stretch. The lining is a Japanese print cotton.
This is a basic bag with no pockets or hardware, feel free to add those if you wish!
You will need:
Two pieces of bottom fabric each measuring 17” x 13” (44cm x 33cm)
Two pieces of top fabric each measuring 13” x 5” (33cm x 13cm)
Two handles each measuring 4” x 26” (10cm x 66cm)
fusible interfacing
