Video Description
A quick follow-up to my recent video on the California Prop 65 case involving Dr. Fuhrman (linked below). In January, Dr. Fuhrman's company settled for $45,000 over allegations of lead and PFOA exposure in two supplement products. Now, two new 60-day Prop 65 notices have been filed — this time involving food products sold by DrFuhrman.com under a brand founded by his daughter.
To be clear: these are allegations, not findings. Nothing has been proven in court.
But a few things caught my attention. The new notices follow a prior settlement, suggesting this may not be a one-time issue. The two food products involved have since been quietly removed from his website, with no explanation. And every supplement on his site carries a "third party tested" label — which sounds reassuring until you ask what that actually means, and why the results aren't published openly.
