So I put myself to the test in DaVinci Resolve with one minute, ten minutes, and one full hour to grade the same sequence of beautiful stock footage from Artlist. The results were not what I expected. Turns out the biggest difference between a rushed grade and a polished one might not be what you think, and the sweet spot for most creators is probably a lot shorter than you'd guess.
