However, during that time, came some of the worst weather the Hawaiian islands have seen in decades! My first reaction was despair, as we had so many fun ideas for this trip, but I later realized that we can look for the good, even when things don't go according to plan. This video is in no way making light of the awful weather our friends in Hawaii have been facing. Many people have lost everything they own due to the floods, and my heart goes out to them.
