After recovering the orange Unimog from a near saltwater submersion, the real work begins in Mulege, Baja California Sur, Mexico. In this episode, we shift from high adrenaline off road recovery to the critical aftermath, setting up in town for several days of maintenance, inspection, and cleanup. While we tackle an oil change, basic service, and washing layers of mud and salt off our overland truck camper, Matt and Kat dive into a full post submersion inspection of their Unimog, checking oils, fluids, hubs, seals, electrical systems, and lights to make sure saltwater did not reach anywhere it should not.
