Most people train their entire body the same way... and that’s exactly why they’re getting slower, stiffer, and less athletic over time.
In this video, I break down a higher-return way to train by treating the upper body and lower body as two completely different problems — with different solutions.
The idea is simple:
• Upper body: *mostly calisthenics*
• Lower body: *mostly athletic training*
This isn’t anti-barbell or anti-strength. It’s a return-on-investment argument.
Once a base of strength is built, different parts of the body respond best to different training modalities. When you respect that, you can get stronger, more athletic, and more resilient with less total wear and tear.
