Fujifilm cameras include a feature called D-Range Priority, but many photographers aren’t sure how it differs from the standard Dynamic Range settings. I explain how D-Range Priority works and when to use Weak, Strong, or Auto. We’ll also compare it to the traditional Dynamic Range (DR100 / DR200 / DR400) settings and look at how it affects highlights, shadows, and overall contrast in real images.
