VEVOR Arbor Press 1 Ton
Published: January 30, 2026
Video Description
📄 In this video, I’m setting up my compression test equipment for future material testing.
The focus here is not extreme testing, but learning how to properly use and prepare my new tools.
I’m using a 1-ton Vevor arbor press combined with a QLHB9 force gauge and a 1-ton compression load cell. During the setup, I ran into a few practical issues with the press — especially the arm position — so I made several mechanical modifications to improve usability and measurement accuracy.
After the modifications, I run a few basic compression tests to verify that everything works as expected. This video lays the groundwork for future, more serious compression testing.
