Chipotle Sauce
1lb Sour Cream
1/2 Can Chipotles in Adobo
1 tsp Salt
1/2 Lime, Juiced
1) Add ingredients to a blender and blend on low until homogenous
Seasoned Ground Beef
1/2 Lb Ground Beef
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/4 tsp Dried Rosemary Leaves
1/4 tsp Ground Sage
1/4 tsp Celery Seed
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt
My favorite carnivore/ketovore tortilla recipe:
5 oz Pork Rinds, Ground
5 Eggs
1 Cup Low Moisture Mozzarella
1) Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend on low for 1-2 minutes.
2) Place a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place down a ball of your batter and immediately press out with something flat. Just make sure it's thin and even. Once set on one side (about 1 minute), flip and sear the other side for about 30 seconds. Should make between 5-7 tortillas
