That being said, quite a few of you have been asking about how my ADHD and Autism has affected how I function in the spheres of body language and nonverbal communication. In truth, with my diagnoses coming so late in my life (after 30 years), much of my understanding and functioning around it has to be viewed more retrospectively than not. While I'm still actively pursuing and researching how body language, kinesics, and nonverbal communication interacts with and is influenced by various neurodiversities, this is what I have noticed in my own life. This is not a scientific video, and is not intended to be anything other than a point of connection between myself and any of you who are interested in or can relate to my experience.
