Now, in the motor trade there’s something called the “90 Day Rule”. If a car hasn’t sold within 90 days, most dealers get rid — send it to auction, take the loss, free up the money and move on. But I don’t really subscribe to that way of thinking. Yes, these cars have cost me in advertising and preparation. Yes, they’ve been sat here longer than I’d like. But when you’re selling 20–30 cars a month, having two outliers isn’t a crisis — it’s just part of the business.
