In this video, I built an ESP32 Studio Microphone using an ESP32-S3 and a MEMS mic. At first, the audio quality was very poor — low volume, weak signal, and a lot of noise. But instead of changing the hardware, I improved the software. By adding real-time DSP (digital signal processing), a software preamp, and a brick-wall limiter, I was able to turn this low-cost setup into a powerful voice recording device. Now the audio is louder, clearer, and much more detailed — without using any external audio equipment. What you will learn in this video: How to use ESP32 as a microphone ESP32 audio recording using I2S How MEMS microphones work with ESP32 Real-time DSP on ESP32 Software gain (preamp) implementation Brick wall limiter for clean audio How to record high-quality WAV audio Project Highlights: ESP32-S3 based audio recorder 48kHz sample rate (studio level) Real-time audio processing Shake-to-record feature No external audio hardware required ***** Product Links: ***************** Product official page: https://www.makerfabs.com/matouch-esp32-s3-parallel-tft-3-16-st7701s.html DISCLAIMER: This video and description contain affiliate links, which means that if you click on one of the product links, I will receive a small commission.
