La luz roja está empezando a estar en todas partes: en clínicas estéticas, en gimnasios, en spas… y, por supuesto, inundando las redes sociales. Te prometen que, con solo meterte en una cabina futurista o ponerte una máscara LED en el sofá de tu casa, tus células van a recibir un “chute” de energía para repararlo todo: arrugas, cicatrices, dolor, fatiga muscular… Esto, en ciencia, tiene un nombre: fotobiomodulación.
Pero claro, cuando algo se vende para absolutamente todo, no puedo evitar sospechar. ¿Estamos ante una revolución médica o nos están vendiendo linternas a precio de oro? ¿Puede la luz “hackear” nuestras células? ¿Qué hay de realidad y qué hay de marketing?
