We have been dealing with freezing temps here in Florida and when my friend went out to check on her property, she found this little squirrel at the base of the tree. When she tried to help it get back to the nest, his mama kicked him back out, so we stepped in to give this guy a fighting chance at life! He would have never made it out of the nest in the cold weather we've been having, so I did what I do best and nurtured him back to health! It took him a day to really drink well for me, but now he is thriving and will be ready to get back to the wild before no time!!
