After shooting my bow and making sure it was completely dialed in, I climbed my stand and had a buck step out shortly after.. I was hoping he would step within bow range, but he didn't like something and slipped back into the woods. Little did I know this MASSIVE 240 pound boar hog stepped out and gave me a clear shot right at last light! I knew he was big, but I had no clue HOW big!! When I met up with Rob and he let the dogs out of the truck, the race was on and we had to run through to swamp to catch up with them. The fight didn't last long and Rob was in disbelief at the size of the hog when we walked up to it! This was my first hog with my DeerMom Bear bow and this is a hunt that I will remember FOREVER!!
