My first time riding the Kawasaki KLE500 off road was...eventful. The ride started out normal enough: just some gravel road exploring on the KLE 500. I found some cool motocamping sites and decided to investigate a new area. It wasn't long before I was running low on gas, my phone battery was dead, and I was coming across mountain lions running across the road. This was not a typical ADV ride. I've done a ton of off road ADV riding and while this trip wasn't the most challenging, it certainly was one of the most eventful. Taking the KLE500 off road for the first time was a blast, though. This new adventure motorcycle is stable, planted, and a joy to ride. It easily carried me up and over the mountain and though there was some drama along the way, this KLE 500 first ride ended up being just another day in the woods on two wheels.
